DOKKA recognizes documents automatically. A document requiring a bookkeeping entry will be categorized as such. A general document will not have a bookkeeping entry. If DOKKA classifies a document differently from what you wanrt, you can easily switch it to the correct format.

You can switch the document type from the Workspace by right-clicking on the menu and selecting the correct menu item.

In the document view you can switch the type from the menu by the More button.

You can also switch the document type using the Bulk Action Menu.
