The DOKKA application contains an online chat feature. The "chat" button works on two levels - For general and specific discussion.

On the left hand side of the DOKKA screen, there is a “Chat” button. Click it, and choose the DOKKA customer support team. Now you can start chatting to them, similar to how you would chat in What’sApp or Facebook Messenger.

If you click from the main screens, you can ask your colleagues, clients, and the DOKKA support team general questions. (remember you can "chat" to anyone that you have added to the platform)

But if you are in a document you can ask and consult about the specific document you are in.

 So if you want to ask the customer support team a question about a specific document, click the document, and then click “Chat” on that document.

The chat works the mobile app as well. When someone replies to your chat, the chat icon on your screen will flash orange. In the mobile app you will also get a notification.
