When and how does data sync between XERO and DOKKA occur?

XERO and DOKKA have a full integration. The contacts, i.e. vendors, employees, customers, etc. are all synched between the two services. We also synch the chart of accounts, tax/VAT rates, currencies, and other information. The data is synched when you log into DOKKA. We synch every few hours. That way, you will be up to date even if you stay logged in for an extended period of time.





Now you can force DOKKA to re-synch. 

This is allow you to manually request the two systems to synchronize data without needing to log out and back in again.
