Any document uploaded to DOKKA is safely stored in the system. You can also configure an automatic backup of your documents to a cloud storage service. To configure the backup, go to the Organization Settings and click on the Cloud Backup option.
Click on the cloud storage service you want to use and enter your credentials. Once connected DOKKA will download all of your documents to the selected service. Each of your DOKKA companies will be downloaded to its own folder in your directory.
DOKKA will download new documents to your cloud backup drive every 15 minutes.
