DOKKA can connect to any scanner that is connected or mapped (network or wireless scanner) to your computer. The first time you click on the Scanner button on the DOKKA Workspace the system will try to download a special driver onto your computer. If you did not install the driver then, you can do it now by clicking here: https://demo.dynamsoft.com/web-twain/
Note: DOKKA can only connect to scanner that use the TWAIN protocol If your scanner does not use TWAIN, you can still scan to your computer and upload the file to DOKKA or scan the document to the email address associate with your company in DOKKA.
If DOKKA still cannot find your scanner, continue here:
- Go to the website for your scanner manufacturer and download the TWAIN DRIVER from there. For example, this is a screenshot from the page for a Triumph-Adler model p-4536-mfp.
- Find the downloaded file and click Setup or Install.
