Connecting DOKKA and your ERP
DOKKA can be seamlessly integrated with a wide range of accounting systems. This connection allows you to publish documents directly into your ERP and enjoy a smooth, automated workflow.
If your accounting system is not currently supported via direct integration, you can still use DOKKA by exporting data and importing it into your ERP manually. Read more about exporting from DOKKA.
How to Connect
To connect a company to its accounting system:
Open the relevant company in DOKKA.
Click the gray icon in the upper-left corner.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
You will now see a list of supported ERPs. Choose yours and follow the instructions below.
H-ERP / Hashavshevet
Navigate to the company's settings -> Integrations
Click on the ERP name (H-ERP)
Click Connect.
A pop-up will appear asking you to select a GUID.
Choose the GUID from the list and click Next.
Select the company to connect.
If you want to connect multiple companies:
Check the box “Connect other companies to DOKKA”.
This will automatically create and connect separate companies in DOKKA for each selected ERP entity.
Priority
To connect to Priority, you'll need the following:
API Integration Username
Password
URL

- Navigate to the company's settings -> Integrations
- Find Priority in the ERP list
- Click Connect.
- Enter the Username, Password, and API URL.
- Click Sign In.
- Select the company you would like to connect.
- If you’d like to connect additional companies, check the box next to Connect other companies to DOKKA.
This will automatically create and connect separate companies in DOKKA for each selected ERP entity. - Select the version of your Priority.
Note: If your version is newer than the options in the list, select the newest available. - If you’d like to copy settings from an existing company, select the company you want to copy from in the Re-use company settings dropdown.
- Click Save.
- Let DOKKA and Priority sync.

NetSuite
To connect Netsuite, you'll need to collect the following details from your NetSuite environment:
Account ID
Token Key
Token Secret
REST Connect URL

1. Once collected, access the company's settings in DOKKA and navigate to integrations
2. Select Netsuite and click on "connect"
3. In the "Account ID" field, insert the number that appears in the first part of the rest connector URL
4. Insert the Token Key, Token Secret and Rest Connector URL in their respective fields
5. Click on "Sign In"
SAP Business One
Fill in the following credentials:
SAP Username – must be an admin user in SAP
SAP Password – password for the admin user
Company DB Name – name of the SAP database
SAP Server URL – URL of the SAP server

Xero
Click Connect to Xero.
You'll be redirected to Xero’s login page.
Enter your admin username and password.
Approve the connection – done!
QuickBooks
Same process as Xero:
Click Connect to QuickBooks.
Login with your admin credentials.
Authorize the connection.
Sage / Zoho Books
These integrations follow the same process as Xero and QuickBooks:
Click Connect
Log in with your admin details
Approve access
