DOKKA Mobile App





The DOKKA mobile app makes it easy to manage your work on the go.
You can upload documents straight from your phone, chat with team members, and add notes directly to documents — all in one place.







Downloading the App



The DOKKA app is available for both iOS and Android devices:










Logging In



To log in, simply use the same username and password you use for DOKKA on your computer.



Note: If you’re a new user, make sure your account has been activated from the desktop version first. You’ll need to set a new password before signing in to the mobile app.



Selecting a Company



Once you’re in the app, tap the three dots in the top corner to view all the companies your account is connected to.
Select the company you want to work with — the app will open that company’s workspace automatically.











Uploading Documents



To upload documents from your phone:



  1. Tap the Scan button at the bottom of the screen.





  2. Choose one of the following options:



    • Choose from library – to select a file or image already saved on your phone.

    • Take photo – to capture and upload a new photo instantly.






You can select or take multiple images at once.
When you’re done, confirm the upload by tapping the ✔︎ (V) icon at the bottom of the screen.

After uploading, you can add a note to include comments or additional details.

Chatting with Your Team


Use the Chat icon in the top corner to start a conversation with other users in the same company workspace.





You can send a message:



  • Directly from the main dashboard, or

  • From inside a specific document.



When you send a message related to a document, the recipient receives an email notification.
Clicking the link in that email will open both the chat thread and the document you messaged about.







Adding Notes to Existing Documents


While viewing a document, you can add a note by tapping the Sticky Note icon at the bottom of the screen.
Notes are perfect for adding reminders, feedback, or requests directly on the document — making collaboration fast and efficient.
