How to upload your documents
1. Upload via Email
Every company in DOKKA has a unique email address that can be used to upload documents. Any document sent to this email will be automatically added to the system.
To save time and streamline the process, we recommend setting up an automatic forwarding rule from your inbox to the company’s DOKKA email address.
How to find the email address:
Go to the relevant company in DOKKA.
The email address appears under the company name.
Customizing the email address:
By default, the address looks like:
687678688@dokka.me
.To customize it: Go to Company Settings → General, and change the number part to something more recognizable.
⚠ Important: The email address must be unique to your company to prevent use by others.
Email link handling:
DOKKA can extract documents from downloadable links in about 95% of cases.
If the link requires a login, has restricted IP access, or asks to fill in a form to download the file—DOKKA will not be able to extract the document.
In such cases, we recommend contacting support so we can check if this format can be supported in the future.
