User Profile
Every user in DOKKA can update their personal details, upload a profile picture, and customize their personal preferences — including notifications and display settings. These options help you work more efficiently and also make it easier to identify who performed actions on each document.
To make changes to your profile, click on the grey man icon → Profile
How to Access Your Profile
Click the grey man icon at the top-left corner of the screen
Select the “Profile” option
What Can Be Edited in the Profile?
Personal Details
First and last name
Phone number (including country code — e.g., 44 for UK)
Profile Picture
Click the grey circle to upload a picture from your computer
Once uploaded, you can resize and center the image
Click "Save" to confirm
Notification Settings
Under the “Notifications” tab, you can control how and when you receive emails from DOKKA — especially for documents awaiting your approval.
Approval Alerts:
Immediately when a document is waiting
Hourly / Daily summary (only if documents are pending)
None – turn off approval notifications
Reminders for Unapproved Documents:
Send a reminder after X days
Repeat every X days until approval
Chat Notifications:
You can choose whether to receive email notifications for new messages in DOKKA’s internal chat
Preferences
In the “Preferences” tab, you can disable confirmation popups that appear before sensitive actions like publishing or deleting a document.
Example: “Are you sure you want to delete this document?” — You can choose to disable such messages for faster workflow.
Tip: Using a profile picture and full name helps your team quickly identify who approved, published, or handled each document.
