Priority Cloud – Error 401



If you’ve encountered a 401 error indicating an authentication or communication issue, and you're working with Priority Cloud, it may be related to a recent update made by Priority.

Priority recently introduced a change that requires generating a new authentication token from within the system in order to continue using API connections. Because of this update, the username and password used for your integration need to be replaced with new connection details.

So, if this error appears when trying to publish a document in DOKKA, you most likely need to generate new credentials and reconnect your company.



How to Generate a New Token

In Priority Cloud, go to:
