How to Log into DOKKA for the First Time

Welcome to DOKKA! 


To log into DOKKA for the first time, activate your account using the temporary code sent to your email or phone. This code serves as your initial password and allows you to set a new one. If the code has expired, simply click "Forgot my password" to receive a new one.


How to log into DOKKA - step-by-step:

1. Go to Dokka's login page

Open your browser and navigate to app.dokka.com.

2. Enter your credentials

On the login screen, enter your email address in the Email field and the code you received via email or SMS in the Password field. Then, click Log In.

3. Set your new password

You’ll be prompted to choose a new password. Make sure your new password includes:

• At least 8 characters

• One uppercase letter

• One lowercase letter

• One number

• One special character (e.g., !, @, #)

4. Click "Submit"

After entering your new password, click "Submit" to save your changes.

5. Log in with your new password

Return to the login screen and sign in using your email address and the new password you just created.

6. Access your workspace

Once logged in, you'll see your workspace with a list of your companies.

The temporary code may expire after a few hours. If it doesn’t work, click “Forgot my password” on the login screen to receive a new code and complete the process.
