How to Reset Your Password



If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it directly from the DOKKA login screen.
Follow these simple steps:




Step 1 – Go to the Login Page



Open the DOKKA login page — either on your computer or mobile device.


Step 2 – Click “Forgot Password”



On the login screen, click “Forgot Password” 





Step 3 – Enter Your Email Address



Type in the email address associated with your DOKKA account, then click “Send Verification Code” (the blue button on screen).






Step 4 – Check Your Email for the Code



After clicking the button, you’ll receive an email containing a 6-digit verification code.








Copy the code and enter it in the next screen of DOKKA to continue.









Step 5 – Choose a New Password



Once you’ve entered the code, you can set a new password for your account.
Your new password must meet the following security requirements:


  • Minimum of 8 characters

  • At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one lowercase letter

  • At least one number

  • At least one special character (for example: !, ?, @, .)







Step 6 – Confirm and Log In



After saving your new password, log in to DOKKA using your updated credentials.

The new password takes effect immediately, so you can continue working without delay.
